CARPET AND RUG CLEANING

Step 1. We check the fabric of your carpet, depth of soiling, seams, fittings and backing type to determine which cleaning system, products and methods to use.

Step 2. We spray your carpets with a suitable traffic lane cleaner that begins dissolving greasy residues, whilst we set up the next stage of the cleaning process.

Step 3. Complete the cleaning process with our high pressure extraction equipment. These machines spray an eco friendly solution into the carpet, which cleans instantly and simultaneously vacuums all dirty residues.

UPHOLSTERY AND SOFA CLEANING

We use a similar process to carpets for upholstery/sofa cleaning, except we use a lighter cleaning solution and a smooth auto-detailer tool to protect the delicate fabrics.

ODOUR/MITE REMOVAL

The eco friendly chemical solutions we use contain anti-mites which kill dust mites and our machines that are fitted with a double vacuum ensure we remove them. This is especially good for people who suffer with respiratory problems and allergies.

STAIN REMOVAL

Most common spots are particle contaminants which are easily removed, however stains result from transfer of dyes and may need specialist treatment. We stock various stain treatments ready for every possible spot and mark.

Step 1. Fibre identification to determine which stain removal system to use. This will also help us identify whether the stain is easily removable or permanent.

Step 2. Apply stain removal product and method. 

Step 3. Complete steam cleaning with "prochem steempro" extraction equipment.

STAIN SHIELD/SCOTCH GUARD

We can provide and apply carpet protection or scotchguard as it is commonly known. Please provide accurate room sizes for a more precise estimate on the cost of our stain shield application.

Be aware of cheap offers as protector products are not cheap. Many companies will heavily dilute the chemical to cut costs and sell you this cheap or free to win your business. Once over diluted the protector does not work and will not give you the protection you are paying for.

It must be applied annually as they are water based and do wear off. They are designed for household spillages and will not resist motor oil, burns, paint, bleaches, etc. You must allow the protector to dry/cure before walking, touching or sitting on it, or you will reduce its effectiveness.
